Concrete Contracting Position Papers

The ASCC Technical Committee has produced position statements covering topics of major interest to concrete contractors. Many of these topics were suggested by ASCC members as a result of actual jobsite issues. The two most recent topics, “Contractor Value Engineering” and “Reverse-Auction Bidding,” were the result of discussions at the ASCC CEO Forum 2004.
